The Life Audit System is a structured diagnostic program for adults who are functioning well—but know their life is no longer running cleanly.

Old assumptions are still guiding decisions in a life that has quietly changed. Effort increases, but results feel less proportional. Something feels off, yet it’s hard to name exactly what.

This program exists to replace that vagueness with clarity.

The Life Audit System treats your life as an interconnected system rather than a story to fix or reinvent. Using a scored self-assessment across ten essential domains—career, health, finances, relationships, meaning, mindset, time, energy, growth, and contribution—you generate a clear picture of what is stable, what is strained, and what is quietly undermining everything else.

You’ll receive a visual dashboard that makes imbalance visible, interpretation guidance that teaches you how to read patterns instead of reacting emotionally, and a red-zone framework that enforces focus so you don’t try to change everything at once. From there, the program guides you into a small set of stabilizing actions designed to restore capacity before you pursue growth.

This is not a motivational program. There is no hype, visualization, or pressure to reinvent yourself. The emphasis is accuracy, restraint, and intelligent sequencing. The program includes two coordinated workbooks:

An Instruction Workbook that explains the thinking, logic, and common missteps in each phase
A separate Exercise Workbook where all assessments, diagrams, reflections, and action tracking are completed

Keeping instruction and execution separate prevents overthinking and keeps your data clean and reusable.

The Life Audit System can be completed independently, used as the foundation for group work, or paired with one-on-one Age of Advantage coaching for deeper or higher-stakes decisions.
